New Subscribers

1. Can I have a receipt?

When you completed the subscription process, we sent you an e-mail confirming that your account had been created. Please print this e-mail to use as a receipt.

2. What am I entitled to as a subscriber and what are my obligations?

Please read the Subscriber Agreement.

3. How do I cancel my subscription? Can I receive a refund?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an e-mail to customerservice@foundationcenter.org. However, please note that subscription fees are non-refundable and there is no proration of your subscription charge if you cancel your subscription before the end of your subscription period. Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period.

4. I recently bought the print version of The Foundation Directory. Can I return it since I am now a Foundation Directory Online subscriber?

Yes, if the book is in good condition and resalable. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-424-9836 for instructions on returning the book.
