3. How do I cancel my subscription? Can I receive a refund?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an e-mail to customerservice@foundationcenter.org. However, please note that subscription fees are non-refundable and there is no proration of your subscription charge if you cancel your subscription before the end of your subscription period. Your account will remain active until the end of your subscription period.
4. How do I know when my subscription period ends?
Your subscription period ends the day before the monthly (or yearly if you chose an annual subscription or bi-yearly if you chose a two-year subscription) anniversary of your start date. Please send an e-mail to customerservice@foundationcenter.org to retrieve this information.
5. How do I change my subscription from monthly to annual or bi-annual, increase the number of users authorized to access my subscription, or upgrade my subscription to a higher plan level?
To change or upgrade your subscription, click the Account link at the top of any page and enter your password at the prompt (unless you previously opted to forego the password prompt). Select Upgrade Your Subscription, select the subscription plan you're interested in, and click the Next button. Select the specific subscription terms you're interested in and click the Next button. Selecting an annual or two-year subscription plan gives you access to our Discount Book Mall. Select the book or books you want to purchase or check the box at the bottom of the page indicating that you don't want a book and click the Continue button. Verify your subscription information and click the OK button.
